Following on from my post yesterday about this snugglemuffin (go find it if you haven’t as this post will make more sense then!)…

As you know I very often bang on about how they are mirrors and messengers for us and I still truly believe this in my heart and have plenty of confirmation with clients, my own pets, and friends’ pets.

With Puss, when the lady described what Element she is, I said to her “that pretty much describes me to a tee!”

Because it’s true.

And I also followed that with: “as she is inhaling and the scent molecules will be in the air, I assume I will be inhaling it too…so there may be changes in me too?”

Yes.

It can be very sutble so sometimes hard to see when you are with yourself.

But let me give you another example.

When I met with the vet physio this week, when we offered Sonny the Rose oil, we (myself and the vet physio) BOTH had a massive yawn straight away.

I’m sure Sonny was like “hey, this is my sesssion, stop piggybacking on it” lol.

But it just goes to show you.

I don’t get away with the mirroring and the messages, I observe Puss all the time and see where there is sycnronicity and where I change she changes, and vice versa.

But if you take away anything from this post, please remember that. They are our mirrors and our messengers.

Grieving pet, grieving owner.

Anxious pet, anxious owner.

When you get triggered with their behaviour, there is a reason you are getting triggered. A trigger already lies within.

I love working in this way, it’s quite deep, and it doesn’t suit everyone.

But there is no point me helping your pet release their excess of emotions, or unwanted behaviours, if they are picking up on you and what you are emitting energy wise, consciously or subconsciously. As their emotional bucket will just fill up again.

Heed their message. Heed their mirror.

Look for it.

Get curious.

Ask for help.

Take responsibilty to heal.
