Terms & Conditions – Integrated Therapies (Hypnotherapy/NLP/Psychology of Selves/CBT/EFT/EMDR) & Rahanni Celestial Healing

Terms & Conditions – General*

Contract
The contract between Ametrine Holistics Ltd. and a client is created upon a client’s signing of the forms presented at the initial consultation (e.g. Consultation Form, Code of Care and Treatment, Patient Notes, or for tarot/mediumship: written agreement of the date/time of the appointment), and this signing deems the client has read, understood and accepted the full terms and conditions and privacy policy laid out on this website. For clients under 16yrs, the contract will also include the signing of a Guardian Consent Form.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made by cash or card in person (paid at the time of the treatment session), or by credit/debit card via Stripe or by BACS – payable 3 working days prior to the session, and funds must have cleared before the session starts.

N.B. For the initial consultation, you may be asked for a 30% deposit (to cover room rental charges), payable by BACS 3 working days prior to the session, and funds must have cleared before the session starts. This will be non-refundable if less than 24hrs notice is given for cancellation, due to costs incurred by the Practitioner.

Cancellations/Reschedules
24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, otherwise a charge of 30% of the session fee will be applied.

Client Welfare
You will be treated with care and respect at all times.

Please ensure that you the client:
• are free from drugs or alcohol when attending an appointment
• treat your Practitioner with respect

As a client, it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information in order to assist your Practitioner fully in your therapy, a failure of which is a client default and the Practitioner cannot be held liable for anything that results from inaccurate or incomplete information given.

All information disclosed during sessions shall remain confidential. However, please note that if there are any disclosures during the therapy sessions which may be of a criminal nature, or that put yourself or other people at risk, then I, the Practitioner, have a duty of care to disclose this information to the appropriate authority.

You will be provided with a clean, safe and secure environment.

The practitioner must keep clear and comprehensive records of all sessions including dates and advice given. These records will be kept in safe custody for seven years from the date of the last consultation. You have the right to access these records if you wish.

Your Practitioner
The Practitioner is registered with the ICO (Information Commission Office) re Data Protection.

The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if he/she feels physically unsafe, disrespected or abused.

The Practitioner may appoint a therapeutic Executor, such that in the event of an emergency, serious illness, or death, clients may be contacted accordingly and referred onwards.

Terms & Conditions – Integrated Therapies

£90* / $125* – Hypnotherapy Consultation (Initial) (90mins)
£60* / $75* – Hypnotherapy (Further Single Session) (60mins)
£90* / $125* – All other Integrated Therapies (Single Session, Initial or Further) (90mins)
£120* / $145* – Past Life Regression (Single Session) (2 hours)
£120* / $145* – 2-hour Stop Smoking package (Hypnotherapy)
Concessions available.

Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment to gain the most from your session (out of courtesy and respect to your Practitioner and their next client, a session cannot be extended). Fees include: pre-session planning, one-to-one therapy, post session review and assessment notes, supportive handouts and materials as appropriate.

Appointments will be held at the following addresses: online – Zoom session (link provided); mobile – client home visit/mutually agreed outdoor space.
Parking: where applicable, please be courteous to other site users when parking your vehicle.

Home visits can also be made if you feel unable to attend e.g. due to your condition, or a disability. A small fee may be charged for fuel depending on your location, and you will be notified of this at the time of booking. Please ensure we have a quiet space for therapy available, with minimal distractions (e.g. phones, pets), so you are able to relax and give yourself that time.

For Hypnotherapy, as above, but also somewhere comfortable you can support your head and body whilst under hypnosis. A chair with arms or lounger chair, a settee, or bed can normally work well.

A confirmation email of your appointment date, time and location will be sent to you, along with a link to these terms and conditions to read through.

A client is welcome to telephone and e-mail support outside of sessions, as long as this service is not misused. A follow-up session may be recommended by the Practitioner if felt as appropriate in order to benefit the client.

Cessation of Therapy
If you wish to end your therapy at any time, please feel free to discuss this with your Practitioner during or outside of your session, so any concerns may be addressed, or a gradual reduction in therapy and/or home activities put in place to be continued. You will be requested to confirm your decision in writing and your freewill will be respected at all times.

Therapy
Therapy does not take the place of conventional medical treatment. If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you are suffering from any medical condition, please consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment. If you are receiving treatment for a medical condition from your GP or hospital, it is recommended should you consider it appropriate, to inform all parties concerned that you are receiving treatments. If I suspect you are suffering from a medical condition that I feel is not appropriate for me to work with, I will refer you back to your GP for advice.

Therapy may involve light physical touch with no need to remove clothing. Respect for personal body privacy will be maintained at all times.

Client Welfare
By taking part, you are investing in yourself, therefore, I ask that you take your therapy seriously, and are committed and willing to making those desired changes for yourself (incl. completing home activities where agreed).

As part of the initial consultation, contact details for your GP and next of kin will be requested along with confirmation that they may be contacted should the Practitioner feel it is appropriate.

Terms & Conditions – Tarot / Mediumship

Fees & Appointments
£30* / $37* – Tarot or Mediumship 1-2-1 Reading (30-45mins)
£45* / $55* – Combination Reading of Tarot and Mediumship (60mins)

For in person sittings, please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment to gain the most from your session (out of courtesy and respect to your Practitioner and their next client, a session cannot be extended).

Appointments will be held at the following addresses: online – Zoom session (link provided, and photos of card layouts emailed after the reading); mobile – local venue (where available), at various psychic fayres during the year (please check my calendar page)

Location of appointment: distance sessions by phone; or various locations in Rochester, and psychic fayres – please enquire within. The specific address will be given to you at the time of booking.

Client Information
Rahanni Celestial Healing does not guarantee a cure, nor do we, as Practitioners, diagnose. ‘Rahanni’ is not a replacement for conventional medical treatment. It is a holistic therapy, helping to bring balance and harmony to the mind, body and soul. If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you are suffering from any medical condition, please consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment.

Rahanni Celestial Healing involves light physical touch with no need to remove clothing. Respect for personal body privacy will be maintained at all times.

Rahanni is not based on any one religion, it respects all religions.

Contract
The contract between Ametrine Holistics Ltd. and a client is created upon a client’s signing of the Consultation Form, and this signing deems the client has read, understood and accepted the full terms and conditions and privacy policy laid out on this website.

Nature of the Work

For most of my work, I offer integrated therapy sessions for your pets, which means i will use the therapy i feel is best for your pet and the issue they present with. As an example, I may combine Parts Therapy, Animal Communication, Surrogate Tapping to get the most effective results for your pet in that session, based on the information received during communication.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made by cash (paid at the time of the session), or by credit/debit card via Stripe or by BACS (payable 3 working days prior to the session). Funds must have cleared before the session starts.

Cancellations/Reschedules

Client/Animal Welfare
You and your pet(s) will be treated with care, respect and compassion at all times.

The animal services I offer do not guarantee a cure, nor do we, as Practitioners, diagnose.

The animal services I offer are not a replacement for conventional veterinary treatment.

Please ensure you advise your Practitioner before the session if your pet is known to be aggressive (you may be asked to muzzle them), or has an infectious/zoonotic disease. Thank you.

I ask my clients to provide a quiet (within their remit), non-distracting environment for any of my animal services to take place.

Terms & Conditions: Canine Flow (Heart-Based Dog Training)
Fees & Appointments
1-2-1 Consultations:
£90* / $125* – single session of 90mins (N.B. please allow 2 hours for your first session)

Appointments are online (apart from Aroma-Flow) or in-person.

A small fee may be charged for fuel depending on your location, and you will be notified of this at the time of booking.

Relax-Dog Classes (1hr):
£15* per class (outdoor or indoor venue)
£11*/ $13* per class (online via Zoom)
Please bring something for you and your dog to lay on (although seating will be available for anyone not able to sit on the floor), their lead, and obviously poo bags, thank you. The £15* class allows for 1 person and 1 dog per ticket.

Fees & Appointments (Animals)
£50* / $60* for 1hour session

Terms & Conditions: Animal Communication

Fees & Appointments
£90* / $125* – per session, per animal (please allow up to 2hrs)

Sessions are normally distant communication via a photograph with an information feedback session for the owner. For home/stable visits, a small fee may be charged for fuel depending on your location, and you will be notified of this at the time of booking.

I may record what is said during the communication itself with your pet, however, this will be deleted after my notes have been written up, and by signing the consultation form you are agreeing to me implementing this if I choose to.

If you own other pets than the one I will be communicating with, I ask that they, or we, are in a separate room for the communication part of the session.
