I was told yesterday by the vet that Puss needed her blood taken today if possible to check her kidney and calcium levels.

I had 2 non client appointments this morning, one at 9am and one at 10am. And I was going to ring the vets afterwards to arrange for this afternoon if they had availability (as they don’t open before 9am to call then).

My 9am got confused and didn’t show, meaning i got to ring the vets to try to book an appointment for this afternoon. If that hadn’t of happened I’d of had to wait till after 11am when free.

None available for the afternoon.

Then my 10am let’s me know they are poorly whilst speaking to vets.

Vets then tell me they have an 11am slot.

Yes please!!!

This is how the universe works and we manifest. I’m thankful for all of it.

Not that someone’s unwell but the fact they messaged AS I was on the phone to the vets, so i could say i was ‘free before 11am now’, and hence the 11am appointment.

To top that, when I was at the vets I got to help a beautiful Retriever who was terrified, by showing Mum how to do a technique that helps them relax, and talking to the lovely doggie too.

To top that, I also had a lady come up to me whilst in there to say she had been trying to find my details to help her pet, so she took a business card.

Her friend who had her dog there for a cruciate ligament issue, also took a card so that post-operatively, when pets generally need 6 weeks cage rest, I can assist her to keep them calmer and less hyper!

When pets are on cage rest, and therefore not going for walks, or doing their normal routines, their energy often builds to a high level and they get frustrated, so I can show and teach Mum ways to keep that energy lower, and flowing more freely, which will help her dog stay calmer and less in the frustration zone.

Puss is now back home and we now wait for the urine culture and blood results to move forwards with her narrowing of the spine; bladder stones and arthritis with The Cinnamon Trust.
