This week I was doing a tuning fork session distantly, and in the midst, suddenly into my head popped an image of homemade soup.

I knew that this was my body saying that’s what it needed: hearty healthy, wholesome soup. No additives. But grounding, nutritious food, light on the digestion.

And that’s how my I made my first pumpkin soup with mixed spices, chilli, coconut yoghurt, veg stock, carrot and potato. Creamy and yum!

It’s not the first time, I have been shown in my mind’s eye what my body needs from me. And it won’t be the last.
