I was over at a friend’s house today dog sitting, and as it is such a lovely space in the country I took my tuning forks with me as I knew, if time allowed, doing some sound healing would be heavenly in that environment.
As my friend’s dog was nice and settled having had some playtime, treats and company, I went outside with a cuppa and took my forks with me. My friend’s chickens are not far from the garden bench.
I had taken the Angelic forks with me featuring Michael, Raphael, Raguel, Jophiel, Uriel, Chamuel. I used Raphael within my aura and chakras. After which i felt drawn to Jophiel, who always helps to bring in joy for your Highest Good and a smile to your face.
As I was playing the fork, I noticed that one of the chooks started to come closer, eventually sitting on a tree trunk in the corner of their ‘chookery’, chattering away and communciating with me. They said they found the frequency soothing and wanted me to play some more. So we continued.
Another of the chickens I could also see kept dropping their head as they were going into relaxation mode, their eyes closing and them trying to keep them open and their head up. You could visibly see their body relaxing too, and I let them know that it was safe to relax right now as I was here and could see all around.
After about 15mins I stopped playing, put my fork away and went inside as I am primarily there for my friend’s dog. She was still setlled and content resting, so I went back out to the bench to enjoy the fresh air for just a bit longer.
The same chicken came up to the edge of the ‘chookery’, trilling away and looking at me as if to say ‘err, where has the healing sounds gone?!?’ and indeed when I asked they said they wanted more, lol!
I declined as we have to have boundaries, but I said I would do so next time I came to see them.
It was lovely to see that if I went closer to them, they did not step back, so are obviously trusting me more because nice Auntie Victoria brings some super chillax tools to their day! They even followed when i went and played with the dog in the garden as well.
It’s not the first time I have worked with birds, having used Canine Hypnotherapy with Echo the duck, and Hettie, the elderly blind hen, so I have learnt a little from observing their responses to hypnotic language and soothing vocal tones. But it IS the first time I have used sound healing with birds.
I suspect it won’t be the last!
