Saturday I got to be part of the Family Wellness Fair at the Grain Coast Crafty Alpaca Farm, as a People and Pet Therapist, Medium and Healer.
Great to catch up with some ‘old’ faces, and interact with some new ones too.
New to ‘The Spiritual Path’?
One lady was drawn to me who was quite new to the spiritual path, psychic reading and mediumship.
We had a long chat helping her understand more about what was happening, different ways to respond in readings when something triggers someone, or themselves.
This lady had always thought mediumship did not exist, and suddenly she has started experiencing it and doing it, and sometimes when that happens it freaks people out. Plus, people often feel out of control as they don’t know what to do with it, and how to work with their gift.
This is where development circles come in and mentorship, asking questions, seeking help and guidance.
My Pet is Anxious, on High Alert, Stressed..
This is a common issue I hear and see all the time, not just at fayres. But I was there with my enrichment and wellbeing products and knowledge that can help pets.
Pet Reemedy products are wonderful for stress and anxiety, containing Valerian Absolute (very calming), Vetiver (very grounding), Sweet Basil and Clary Sage (for stress and anxiety). It is veterinary recommended and comes in various formats which i discuss with people at the time to see what suits. I may suggest the diffuser if there is people in the household who also feel the same emotions as it actually helps them too, despite not being manufactured for them.
If more for their pet, then I may suggest sprays as they are water based, won’t stain and can be sprayed pretty much anywhere, apart from directly on your pet. You can spray onto a tissue and then wipe on them, but no direct spraying please pet parents!
But there are other things I suggested too which comes from my bank of knowledge and trainings that can help, alongside having sessions.
Mozzies Moshpit!
We were lucky with the weather it was damp and humid, but at least dry. Nothing good about being outside at a fayre in torrential downpours especially on an Alpaca Farm! We did get lots of mozzies, and many of us were lunched on.
Their bellies must have been so full that evening! My legs did not feel so good, and I still have the red marks and itchiness to match. But I have Nettle tea, Apis, tea tree gel and of course the 528hz tuning fork to assist, which have really helped.
Peace Within
And at the end of the day I got to participate in the QiGong workshop, which I must say was very relaxing and peaceful and has now got me researching YouTube videos to work with for myself, in between doing yoga. In case you want to look him up, I found Lee Holden, who is thought of highly by those around me, as I discovered this morning.
I like his style and easy to follow videos, and have definitely experienced peace and relaxation, as well as the “tingling” that you get when you energy is moving much more free flowing around the body! Try it out, and let me know how you feel it.
Photo Opp….more animals….
Here is a few photos of the day, oh and yes, I was situated right next to the bee hives, so spent some of the day playing the Om fork to them to keep them nice and relaxed with us all around. I saw the alpacas from a distance as they were kept away from the busyness for their own welfare, quite rightly.
